A splash of Inspired White and Nottingham Green – the other Sir Paul’s MINI can now be yours
Singapore — At an evening at the Eurokars Habitat, filled with good food and live music, we saw two British icons teaming up once again.

The MINI Paul Smith Edition is now available in Singapore, bringing the fashion designer’s trademark “Classic with a twist” design philosophy to the latest MINI family.
Following the MINI STRIP in 2021 and MINI Recharged by Paul Smith in 2022, the latest collaboration initially arrives here based on the all-electric MINI Cooper SE, with more MINI models set to follow in the coming months.

The recipe is typically Paul Smith: familiar, understated at first glance, then increasingly interesting the longer you look at it.

Customers can choose between two exclusive exterior colours — Statement Grey, inspired by the classic 1959 Mini Austin Seven, and Inspired White, a contemporary take on the Classic Mini Beige.

Both are paired with Nottingham Green, a nod to Sir Paul Smith’s hometown, used for the roof, door mirrors, octagonal grille, wheel hub covers and other exterior details.

There is also a Signature Stripe on the roof, while 18-inch Night Spoke alloy wheels in Dark Steel Flash and black-blue MINI badges complete the look.
Inside, the Paul Smith treatment continues with black knitted surfaces across the dashboard and doors, tone-on-tone striped textures and Nightshade Blue Vescin sports seats. The steering wheel gets colourful stitching inspired by Smith’s famous Signature Stripe.

For bragging rights, there are also a few Easter eggs. Selecting Personal Mode brings up one of three Paul Smith-themed backgrounds on the central round display. Open the doors and a handwritten “Hello” is projected onto the ground, while “Every day is a new beginning” appears on the door sill. There’s even a hand-drawn rabbit graphic on the floor mat.
The MINI and Paul Smith relationship dates back to 1998, when he created a limited-edition Mini featuring a specially developed blue paint finish and anthracite alloy wheels. A year later, he created a one-off Mini covered in 86 stripes in 26 colours to celebrate the classic Mini’s 40th birthday.
The partnership returned in 2021 with the minimalist MINI STRIP concept, followed in 2022 by the MINI Recharged by Paul Smith, which transformed a classic Mini into a modern electric car.

“The combination of creativity, craftsmanship and personality is what makes this collaboration so compelling,” said Daren Ching, Head of MINI Asia. “It’s a car full of character, and we’re excited for customers in Singapore to experience a MINI that feels both distinctly British and refreshingly different.”

MINI Surfside Collection also pulls up in Singapore
MINI wasn’t done for the evening as they also revealed the MINI Surfside Collection.

Limited to just five units in Singapore, the special collection is based on the all-electric MINI Aceman and takes its inspiration from coastal escapes and endless summer holidays.

It gets an exclusive Ocean Wave Green exterior with a contrasting White Roof, bespoke Surfside graphics and special Surfside emblems on the C-pillars, doors and rear. Inside, a light beige interior continues the breezy, beachy theme.

It is, in other words, an Aceman dressed for a holiday — although in Singapore, “heading to the coast” probably means battling the ERP gantry before reaching East Coast Park.
