Na Oh’s second summer menu since its opening last year, features Korean favourites, including Samgyetang and Pyongyang-style Cold Noodles
Singapore – Na Oh, the Korean restaurant, located at the Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS), unveils its summer menu for 2025. The second since its opening last June, the seasonal menu combines the use of fresh ingredients from the HMGICS’ Smart Farm, paired with time-honored Korean culinary traditions.
Na Oh’s menu, which is refreshed every quarter, is designed by 3-Michelin-starred chef Corey Lee. Dishes feature jang (soy sauce, doenjang, and gochujang) fermented the traditional way, and produce grown on-site at HMGICS’ Smart Farm.
The updated menu features two new appetizers, one new main, and a new dessert. These include:
Appetizers:
Mugunji and Pork Belly Jeon
A crispy, savoury pancake, made with aged kimchi and pork belly. This is paired with a refreshing salad of assorted lettuces, freshly harvested every morning from Na Oh’s Smart Farm.
Hwe Muchim
A vibrant salad of fine vegetables, Gochujang, Sesame Leaf and Rock Seaweed, topped with raw Wild Summer Croaker.
Main Course:
Gamasot Albap and White Kimchi Jjigae
Golden Queen Rice topped with fish roe and Spicy Pollack Muchim. This is served alongside a northern-style white kimchi stew, and seasonal Squash Blossom and Shrimp Jeon.
Dessert:
Summer Melon Bingsu
Traditional Korean shaved ice dessert, with the delicate sweet-and-clean flavours of cantaloupe and honeydew.
The menu also includes the return of Korean summer favourites, including Samgyetang and Pyongyang-style Cold Noodles.
Na Oh is open Tuesdays to Saturdays for lunch and dinner.
