The all-new electric Maxus eTerron 9 is built on the back of years of EV know-how, taking you beyond where the road ends
Singapore โ Maxus has unveiled the all-new eTerron 9, the latest addition to Singaporeโs commercial EV landscape. It joins an existing lineup of commercial EVs, including the eDeliver 5, 7, and 9. Aiming to combine versatility and practicality, the eTerron 9 has been designed for both city driving as well as off-roading capabilities.

The Maxus eTerron 9 has an unmistakable design that boasts a rugged exterior, and speaks everything about road presence. The front is dominated by a bold Maxus logo, placed in the center of an equally bold closed grille.

The interior is not as truck-like as youโd expect, making use of soft-touch materials in a spacious interior with leather-wrapped seats and a dual 12.3-inch infotainment system. It is also equipped with interior and exterior Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) outlets where users can draw between 2.2kW to 6.6kW.

The eTerron 9 is powered by a dual-motor four-wheel drive system (4WD) that sends out 325kW power and 700Nm of torque, making it currently the most powerful 4WD pickup in its class for hauling, towing, or taking on all kinds of rough expeditions. It is also equipped to take your further, as its drive system includes front and rear axle differential locks, independent air suspension, and an All-Terrain System (ATS 3.0) with six available driving modes (Eco, Normal, Power, Expert, Mud, and Sand).

With a102.2kWh battery, the eTerron 9 claims a WLTP range of up to 566km, which translates to more driving enjoyment, and less time at the charger.
Maxus maintains its priority on safety as well, with the eTerron 9 providing a suite of over 20 advanced safety and driver assistance features including Lane Keep Assist, Forward Collision Warning, as well as Driver Monitoring System, which adds extra protection by detecting signs of driver fatigue and keep attention on the road.

By its nature, pickup trucks offer boatloads of space, but the eTerron 9 takes it up a notch with a best-in-class 720mm wide frunk that provides 236L of weatherproof storage. The rear cargo bed is extremely generous with space as well, offering up to 1,253L of space within its moulded cargo box. Additionally, both frunk and rear tailgates are electronically controlled to enhance overall convenience.
Towing capacity is also a class-leading figure, with capacity up to 3,500kg (braked) and 750kg (unbraked).
Sitting on a 3,300mm long wheelbase, the eTerron 9 can sit up to five occupants, with ample headroom, legroom and shoulder room. However, its configuration also allows the front seat to be folded down to create a flat continuous bed area measuring almost 170cm long.
โThe launch of the Maxus eTerron 9 marks a significant step forward, offering our commercial customers a more robust and reliable solution to meet the demanding needs of everyday operationsโ, said Dawn Pan, Chief Operating Officer of Multi-Franchise Operation at C&C. โWith its dual-cab configuration, the eTerron 9 also doubles as a capable lifestyle vehicle, striking the perfect balance between work-ready performance and everyday versatilityโ.

The Maxus eTerron 9 is priced at S$150,000 excluding COE (accurate to time of posting). It is also available for viewing and test drives at the Cycle & Carriage Electric Commercial Vehicle Hub at 330 Ubi Road 3.
