Going 100 Years Strong! The Toyota and Lexus dealership shares its roadmap for Singapore’s next generation of mobility
Singapore – Borneo Motors celebrates 100 years, with a commitment to be Singapore’s Mobility Brand of Choice.

Mr. Ng Khee Siong, Managing Director of Borneo Motors Singapore said: “To stand at the start of our second century is an important moment of reflection and pride for Borneo Motors Singapore. For 100 years, we have not just sold vehicles, we have also empowered journeys, connected lives, and driven the nation forward, by and for generations of Singaporeans. As we look ahead, our vision is clear — to continue redefining mobility, championing innovation, and fostering a sustainable future for all.”

The celebrations, themed “100 Years Strong”, the distributor responsible for the Toyota, Lexus and Hino brands also unveiled three vehicles.

The Toyota Noah 7-seater Hybrid MPV makes three in Toyota’s MPV lineup here. The Noah, which sits in-between the Sienta and Vellfire is powered by a self-charging hybrid drivetrain, capable of delivering impressive fuel economy fuel consumption figures of 22.7km/l and a range of up to 1,180km on a full tank. It boasts Dual Power Sliding Doors with kick sensor for hands-free access, and versatile One-Motion Folding Third-Row Seats.

One of their best sellers, the Corolla Cross Hybrid, receives bold new exterior styling. The Category B COE SUV boasts best-in-class fuel efficiency of 20.8km/l, while delivering an effortless 195hp. Equipped with Toyota Safety Sense (TSS) for peace-oh-mind motoring, the refreshed Corolla Cross Hybrid is also available in specially created BMS100 Special Edition trim. Over here, it is equipped with supple Nappa Leather upholstery, Gun Metal Matte Sport Rims as well as the Exclusive BMS100 Badge.

At Lexus, the luxury marque unveiled the latest variant of their smallest SUV, the Lexus LBX Urbanite (read our review of the Lexus LBX). With a 1.5-litre hybrid drivetrain, the B Segment SUV is easy on fuel, with new body trim for that added flair, while delivering build quality that is undoubtedly Lexus.
Also at the celebrations, Mr. Eric Tong, Sales and Distribution Director of Borneo Motors Singapore said: “2025 marks the 100th year of excellence for Borneo Motors Singapore, and we are thrilled to introduce our first Toyota Noah Hybrid and the New Corolla Cross Hybrid — a moment of great significance for the roads ahead. They are a direct reflection of our century-long legacy, supported by Toyota’s commitment to innovation and all-time goal of becoming Singapore’s trusted car brand of choice. Not only are these models strategically important to our lineup and distribution, but we also believe they will be a catalyst for our growth as we embark on our next century. They are the physical manifestation of our vision to redefine mobility and reinforce the promise of proven quality, durability, and after-sales assurance that we have delivered to generations of Singaporeans.”

From now till 29 December 2025, both the Toyota and Lexus showrooms have been transformed into the BMS100 Museum — an immersive showcase featuring a historical timeline from 1925 to 2025 and a series of engaging experiential touchpoints.
