In June 2025, Porsche 911, Taycan, Panamera and Cayenne models will get Amazon Alexa assistance, along with Porsche Voice Pilot

Singapore – Porsche has announced that their 911, Taycan, Panamera and Cayenne models are set to receive updated Porsche Communication Management (PCM) systems, come June 2025.

Porsche says that the new PCM system is more responsive, thanks to new hardware, and optimised computing power. For a reliable digital user experience, customers can also enjoy the use of the Porsche Connect package, as standard with their cars, for ten years.

The new system, which includes the Porsche App Center – first seen in the all-electric Macan, will open the door to a wide range of Porsche and third-party apps to suit an owner’s fancy.

In addition to the Porsche Voice Pilot, Amazon Alexa will be available, which can be used as a digital assistant, to control smart home functions. Apart from turning on the home’s air-conditioning, Alexa can also be used to create to-do notes, or shopping lists.

Together with the PCM update, cars fitted with premium audio systems from Bose or Burmester, will also feature immersive sound technology from Dolby Atmos.

Cars from the new model year can be ordered now, with deliveries to happen in June.
