Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore’s very own authentic Korean restaurant welcomes the season with a new menu
Singapore – Na Oh at Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS), ushers in Autumn with traditional flavors, featuring produce harvested daily from HMGICS’ Smart Farm.
Making a return to the rotational menu, are Charcoal-Grilled Pork Bulgogi with two cuts, belly and cheek, served with Golden Queen’s Rice, and Seolleongtang, a long-simmered beef soup with fresh noodles, brisket, and tendon suyuk. For desserts, Gotgam and Walnut Tartlet with Goguma Sikhye, also make their return, showcasing seasonal flavours.

New This Season
Gungjung Japchae, an appetiser featuring colorful noodles with an abundance of vegetables, marinated beef, and a sesame-forward dressing, prepared in the court-style tradition that predates commercial noodles.
For the main course, Half-Dried Yellow Croaker Sotbap with Eoran features house-cured and dried yellow croaker cooked with barley rice in a traditional pot. New banchan include lotus root and ginkgo nut braised in soy sauce, Dongchimi (radish water kimchi with pear), and assorted mushrooms cooked in perilla oil.
Na Oh’s menu is created by 3-Michelin-starred chef Corey Lee, and is refreshed quarterly to reflect Korea’s seasonal ingredients and culinary traditions. Dishes feature jang (soy sauce, doenjang, and gochujang) fermented in the traditional way, alongside fresh produce grown on-site at HMGICS’ Smart Farm.
